We’ve just returned from another two weeks in Japan spreading the message of yoga…and the smiles, joy, learning and growth were truly remarkable.
This is what “International Day of Yoga” means to us!
There’s not a day that goes by that we aren’t extremely grateful and humbled by the opportunities we’ve had over the years to interact with different cultures and to speak the language of yoga together.
A big MAHALO to Pono Yoga of Matsuyama, Ehime, Japan for hosting us on this trip where we graduated 18 of the most beautiful new yoga teachers and celebrated the completion of their 200 hours of training.
Omeditou and arrigatogozaimashita!!!
