Your sessions are tailored to YOU, meeting you at your current level of ability and guiding you to a deeper experience and greater understanding of the science of yoga. Whether you are fairly new to yoga, an experienced student, or even healing from a physical setback, working one-on-one with a teacher elevates your practice.
Why take a private class?
For new students
Public yoga classes can be intimidating for new students. Private sessions enable the teacher to focus on you and help you start your yoga journey safely and effectively. You can then take the experience you’ve gained and move into public classes or a home practice.
For more experienced students
If you are hungry for more, searching for a deeper experience than you get in public classes, or need help with modifications, alignment or help to build a home practice, private sessions are perfect for you. Deeper practice in the yogic arts can be part of these sessions, including pranayama, meditation and mantra.

Private yoga sessions – two to three students
- $125/60 min.
- $145/75 min.
- $180/90 min.
Cancellation policy
Canceling less than 24 hours prior to the session will result in the full fee being charged.
